Working directly with key business stakeholders, you will bring in-depth knowledge of business processes, best practices, and change management to provide project and program management leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) to ensure successful delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for driving impactful change.
What you’ll do:
- Provide project and program management leadership, working directly with key business stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process design, and solution design.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in consulting or project/program management roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%).
