Principal Creative – Art Direction
As a Principal Creative, Art Direction, you’ll be a key driver of our brand’s visual identity and creative storytelling. You’ll lead by example, setting a high bar for design excellence and inspiring your team to push the boundaries of creativity. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong portfolio, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual experiences across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do
- Guide the creative direction of a diverse range of projects, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Conceptualize and develop compelling visual narratives across various platforms and mediums (digital, print, experiential, motion).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
- Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and securing buy-in.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate our creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong focus on art direction and visual storytelling.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across diverse channels.
- Expert-level proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work, demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- A passion for innovation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
- Experience working with global brands and an understanding of cultural nuances in visual communication is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
