What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate complex requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and specifications for various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and align with business goals.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Actively mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping successful products.
- Proven expertise in designing complex SaaS applications, ideally in the AI/ML or B2B space.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for leveraging design to solve challenging problems and improve user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
