About the Role
As a Principal Product Designer at ReflexAI, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and delightful user interfaces. Your expertise will drive the strategic direction of our product design, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring a user-centric approach in every stage.
- Conduct extensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Advocate for design best practices, patterns, and principles across the organization, fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven ability to lead complex design projects from inception to completion, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or NLP technologies is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
