We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Platform team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our product development by defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our foundational AI platform capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and other product teams to build scalable, robust, and innovative AI tools and services that empower our product teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-powered experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Platform, aligning with the overall product and business objectives.
- Identify key opportunities and pain points for internal teams leveraging AI capabilities, translating them into clear product requirements and features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and other product teams to design, develop, and launch innovative AI solutions.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and write detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Communicate platform capabilities, value propositions, and progress to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate on AI platform features to drive adoption and impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML platforms or related data infrastructure.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex platform products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps principles.
- Experience working with large-scale data and real-time systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
