This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of AI, design, and user experience, with the potential to significantly impact millions of users globally. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, defining innovative AI features, and driving their execution from concept to launch.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Define and articulate the vision and strategy for AI-powered features and experiences across the platform.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, research, development, launch, and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture.
What you’ll bring (Prerequisites)
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful, impactful AI products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and their applications.
- Experience working with large-scale data and leveraging it for product innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on complex AI systems.
- Experience with Web design, creative tools, or developer platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- The cash compensation for this role is between C$270,000 to C$459,000 in Canada and $216,000 to $366,000 in the US.
- The total compensation package for this role will include a market-competitive salary, equity, and benefits. Your offer will be based on a number of factors, including your location, skills, and experience.
