Principal Program Manager, AI Coalition
The AI Coalition is an internal community of practice that guides the adoption of AI across the company. We’re looking for a highly capable program manager to help us grow the Coalition and extend its impact across all our products and services. As a Principal Program Manager, you’ll be a key leader on the team working on exciting, high-impact projects. You will build relationships with key stakeholders across the company, working with product, engineering, data science, and senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Lead programs that deliver new AI products and services to customers, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including product, engineering, data science, and senior leadership.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
