As a Product Adoption Manager, Shopping, you’ll be a key member of our Product Adoption team, focused on driving the adoption and success of our Shopping products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong collaboration skills to work across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
As a Product Adoption Manager, Shopping, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to drive widespread adoption of our shopping-related products and features. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our shopping products reach their full potential.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute product adoption strategies and programs for our Shopping products, from launch to sustained growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user journey and drive product adoption.
- Identify key user segments and their needs, developing targeted adoption initiatives and messaging.
- Analyze product usage data, conduct A/B tests, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize adoption funnels.
- Create and manage product adoption content, including tutorials, guides, and best practices, to educate and empower users.
- Monitor and report on key product adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product adoption.
- Champion user feedback and insights to influence product roadmap decisions.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product adoption, growth marketing, or product management, with a focus on e-commerce or shopping platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product adoption strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
