Product Builder (Product Manager) – Inbound

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Builder (Product Manager) to join our Product team and drive the development of new and existing products. As a Product Builder, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for your assigned product areas.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
  • Act as a product evangelist, championing the product vision and strategy internally and externally.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in product development (plus).
