About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for TrueML’s consumer-facing communication experiences. This role focuses on optimizing how our AI interacts with consumers through various channels (SMS, email, web, etc.) to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for consumer communications, including SMS, email, in-app messaging, and web experiences.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, legal, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive the launch of new features and improvements, working with marketing and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to iterate and optimize communication strategies.
- Ensure all communication products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer communication best practices and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on communication platforms, CRM, or consumer engagement tools.
- Proven track record of launching successful products that drive user engagement and business growth.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in consumer communication.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
