The Team
The Derivatives Product Team is responsible for building and scaling our Derivatives business globally.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager II to lead the development of our US Derivatives product offering. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for US Derivatives products. You will work closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and business development teams to deliver innovative and compliant derivative products to our US customers.
What you’ll do:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for US Derivatives products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and business development teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the derivatives and cryptocurrency space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful financial products.
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets (futures, options, perpetual swaps) and trading platforms.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Nice to haves:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience with cryptocurrency derivatives.
- Series 3 or other relevant certifications.
