As a Product Owner III, you will join an agile team and work closely with product management, customers, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver technology solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer and ensure the team delivers the right product to solve critical customer problems. You will define and prioritize user stories, maintain the product backlog, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and communicate product progress.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise user stories.
- Proven track record of delivering successful technology products.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and user research tools.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
