Program Manager – Brand Studio

As a Program Manager for the Brand Studio, you will drive project planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across brand, web, video, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our creative initiatives, from concept to completion.

As a Program Manager for the Brand Studio, you will:

  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across brand, web, video, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders (including Brand, Marketing, Product, and external agencies) to translate strategy into actionable project plans, scope, and deliverables.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Implement and refine project management processes and tools to optimize workflow efficiency, communication, and collaboration within the Brand Studio.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among creative teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion best practices in project management, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence within the Brand Studio.

You’ll thrive as a Program Manager for the Brand Studio if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within an in-house creative studio, marketing agency, or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects from conception to completion, utilizing various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and processes across various disciplines (e.g., branding, web design, video production, content creation).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
