Main duties
- Co-ordinate the activities of staff and other departments
- Oversee the sale and lease of property on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Facilitate the purchase, sale and lease of properties for clients
- Prepare and administer real estate sales contracts
- Draw up sales agreements for approval of purchaser and seller
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Estimate the value of properties for sale or lease
- Solicit for new business

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
