The opportunity
As a Revenue Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping [Company Name]’s growth strategy by providing deep analytical insights into our revenue drivers and business performance. You will be responsible for identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-informed decisions. What you’ll do:
- Proactively identify and analyze key trends, opportunities, and risks relating to revenue, growth, and other critical metrics.
- Perform deep dive analysis on key business initiatives (e.g., pricing changes, new product launches, go-to-market strategies).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to monitor business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product) to align on analytical methodologies, share insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Build and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including revenue recognition, ARR/MRR, churn, and LTV.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
