We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our global team. This role will be responsible for managing FICO’s corporate insurance programs and assisting with the company’s overall risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate insurance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Provide expertise and support for FICO’s corporate insurance programs including renewals, claim management, data analysis, and compliance.
  • Manage a global portfolio of insurance programs for Property & Casualty, Management & Professional Liability, Cyber, Crime, International programs, and other corporate lines.
  • Partner closely with the company’s internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Business Units) and external partners (e.g., brokers, insurers, third-party administrators, and industry peers) to ensure efficient and effective insurance program operations.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and submission of underwriting data for renewals, including exposure data, claims history, and financial information.
  • Monitor claims management process including reporting, resolution, and communication with brokers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions where FICO operates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate insurable risks.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on insurance program performance, risk exposures, and claims trends.
  • Stay informed of market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance and risk management.
  • Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, assessing insurance implications and integrating new entities into existing programs.

What We’re Looking For (Prerequisites)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance or risk management, either in-house or with a broker/carrier.
  • Experience managing a global insurance portfolio, including Property & Casualty, Management & Professional Liability, Cyber, Crime, and International programs.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage terms, and claims processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
