RPA Back End Developer

An RPA Back End Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions. This individual will create solution design documentation (SDD), process design documentation (PDD), and other documentation as needed. The RPA Back End Developer will collaborate with RPA leads and architects to understand technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry best practices.
  • Create Solution Design Documentation (SDD), Process Design Documentation (PDD), and other documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with RPA leads and architects to understand technical solutions, ensure code quality, and address any technical challenges.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure that RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Assist with the development of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of RPA solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in at least one RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, Python, Java).
  • Experience with SQL databases and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Certifications in RPA platforms.
  • Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts.
