About the Role
As a Regional Vice President (RVP), Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a team of talented Account Executives focusing on the rapidly expanding Mid-Market segment within North America. You will be a key driver in shaping our sales strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in SaaS sales management, a deep understanding of data activation, and a passion for building successful teams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6-8 Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth within the Mid-Market segment.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to your team.
- Actively participate in customer meetings, provide strategic guidance, and assist in complex deal cycles.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Forecast accurately and report on team performance to leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/management role specifically leading a Mid-Market or Enterprise sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas as both an individual contributor and a leader.
- Deep understanding of the data activation, data warehousing, or martech/adtech landscape preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience hiring, training, and retaining top sales talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
