Sales Development Manager

We are building a bank for startups. We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our fast-growing sales team. This is a remote role and we are hiring in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of high-performing SDRs.
  • Coach, motivate, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to generate qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team.
  • Continuously optimize SDR processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Analyze SDR performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales development.

Skills and requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development leadership, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating successful SDR teams.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Passion for building and scaling high-performing teams.
