Responsibilities
- Help develop and improve our outbound sales processes to achieve monthly qualified meeting goals
- Work closely with our Account Executives to build targeted account lists and develop outbound strategies
- Create thoughtful and engaging messaging across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, video, phone) to generate interest from prospects
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our sales efforts
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Apollo to manage and track your activities effectively
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development Representative role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and generating qualified leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and B2B sales processes
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar sales tools
- Based in the USA or Canada
