About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the Public Sector Sales team and customers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and demonstrate the value of the security platform. You will be a key technical resource throughout the sales cycle, building trust and credibility with potential clients.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Public Sector Sales team and customers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and demonstrate the value of the security platform.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and help shape future product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships and helping them achieve their security goals.
- Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Contribute to the creation of technical content, such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and best practices guides.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on Public Sector accounts.
- Strong understanding of web security technologies, including secure web gateways, firewalls, and data loss prevention.
- Experience with cloud security architectures and deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working for Public Sector organizations and/or with Public Sector customers.
- Experience with Zero Trust principles and architectures is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
