We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling into the financial services or collections industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and ability to articulate value propositions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
