EVERSANA, an independent provider of global commercial services to the life science industry, is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their team. This is a fully remote role within the USA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, guiding project teams and stakeholders on technical solutions and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews, code inspections, and performance optimizations to maintain the integrity and scalability of Salesforce applications.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and recommending adoption strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration guides.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development, with a strong focus on complex enterprise solutions.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
