We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Consultant specializing in Legal Service Analytics Platform (LSAP) and Litify, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients in the legal sector. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, current processes, and pain points.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and test plans.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Salesforce best practices, data migration strategies, and system integrations.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on implementation and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Legal Service Analytics Platform (LSAP) and Litify is highly desirable.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing rules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality results.
