What you’ll do
- Be accountable for technical solution design, delivery, and quality.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Guide architectural decisions for product development and client projects.
- Lead client engagement and project delivery with technical expertise.
- Champion best practices and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards and processes.
What you have
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including significant architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, NPSP, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft).
- Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce limits, security models, and deployment best practices.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., APIs, ETL, MuleSoft).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the legal industry or with legal tech solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
