Senior Account Executive – Enterprise New Logo Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to spearhead new logo acquisition within our enterprise segment across the USA and Canada. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and positioning our cutting-edge products as essential tools for enterprise success.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, qualify, develop, and close new logo business within the enterprise segment, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Strategically manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to comprehensive solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, demonstrating consistent forecasting ability.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls and compelling product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers, product management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex enterprise agreements, adhering to company pricing and contracting policies.
  • Maintain impeccable records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of successful quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition (“hunter” mentality).
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a highly competitive, fast-paced SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, high-value software solutions to large enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency in challenger sales methodology and value-based selling techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
