Senior Account Executive

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll join a growing sales team, playing a critical role in expanding its reach and impact by focusing on new client acquisition. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, with a focus on delivering value and building lasting relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Full-cycle sales: Prospect, qualify, present, and close to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Leadership teams to build strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, and executing a consistent sales process.
  • Be a trusted advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product and the FinTech landscape.
  • Document all sales activities in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to aid in continuous product development.

What you have

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with financial services, FinTech, or banking industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic.
