About the Role
OpenTable is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Operations to play a critical role on our RevOps team. This individual will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and provide strategic insights.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions.
- Identify and analyze key revenue trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes to support revenue growth and efficiency, including sales territory planning, quota setting, and compensation plan design.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives.
- Own revenue reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations.
- Partner closely with the Systems Operations team to ensure technology infrastructure is optimized for RevOps initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in the SaaS or hospitality industry is a plus.
