As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Appian solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Appian applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Appian development.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Models, Integrations, and other Appian components.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Appian Certified Lead Developer certification (preferred).
