Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Appian solutions that meet complex business requirements while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and scalable Appian solutions.
- Focus on enhancing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) through thoughtful design and implementation of Appian SAIL interfaces.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior Appian developers.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective resolutions.
- Stay current with Appian product releases, new features, and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Appian Developer.
- Demonstrated expertise in Appian UI/UX design and development, including SAIL, process models, records, reports, and integrations (web services, APIs).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Appian Certified (Analyst, Developer, or Lead Developer) is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting role is a plus.
