The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Appian development, including UI/UX design, process modeling, and integration with external systems. They will also have a strong understanding of Appian’s best practices and be able to provide technical leadership to the development team. This is a remote position based in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Appian applications using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug Appian applications and provide production support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Appian development.
- Strong experience with Appian UI/UX design, process modeling, and integration with external systems.
- Strong understanding of Appian’s best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Appian Certified Lead Developer or equivalent certification (preferred).
