Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, objectives, and scope for projects related to financial services, insurance, or related domains.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather information, validate requirements, and communicate findings to various audiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Participate in testing activities, including test case review and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and end-users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in financial services, insurance, and business analysis.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile).
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
