Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Deal Manager to join our Global Deal Management team. You’ll play a critical role in enabling our sales organization to structure and close complex deals, ensuring both customer success and company profitability.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with account executives and various cross-functional teams (legal, finance, revenue operations, product, and sales leadership) to construct customized pricing, terms, and contracts for complex deals.
- Identify potential deal risks and propose creative solutions to mitigate them.
- Translate deal terms and conditions into accurate and comprehensive documentation for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure all deal structures comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Educate and train sales teams on deal structuring best practices, pricing methodologies, and contract processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deal desk processes, tools, and resources.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales organization and leadership on deal strategy.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex deals, preferably with enterprise-level clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding of contract law, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and pricing strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and other sales enablement tools.
- Comfortable operating in a remote work setting.
The base salary range for this role is $159,000 – $192,000. Specific compensation will be determined based on experience, skill level, location, and other factors. Compensation also includes stock options, and other benefits, such as a generous health care package, and an unlimited vacation policy.
