As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Cloud Security Platform, focusing on driving innovation and market leadership in the Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) spaces. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge cloud security solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Cloud Security Platform, focusing on driving innovation and market leadership in the Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) spaces.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Drive product adoption and growth by working closely with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
- Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the Cloud Security Platform, representing the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity products such as Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products in the enterprise security market.
- Deep understanding of the cloud security landscape, including emerging threats, technologies, and market trends.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
