We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our digital assets portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the market adoption and growth of our cutting-edge stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure products.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for a portfolio of digital assets, including stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure products, targeting developers, enterprises, and institutions.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for new product launches, feature enhancements, and ecosystem initiatives, ensuring market readiness and strong adoption.
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate our digital assets in a competitive landscape.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and communications teams to ensure alignment and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials.
- Represent the products externally at industry events, conferences, and webinars, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to iterate on strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on digital assets, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or FinTech.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products in a B2B and/or B2D (business-to-developer) environment.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the broader Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and dApps.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
