Looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll do:
- Own and manage core FP&A processes, including monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, HR, Business Operations) to gather financial data and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
