Senior Game Producer – Party & Puzzle Games

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our growing Game team, focused on developing and launching Party and Puzzle games. In this role, you will lead the charge in collaborating with our external game studios and internal cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional gaming experience for our members.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with external development studios to establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive the game development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Art, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to align on game vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve production challenges, and communicate status updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and productive working relationship with external partners, promoting clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Evaluate game builds, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the game adheres to quality standards and strategic goals.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, budget tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game production.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in game production, with a strong track record of shipping multiple successful titles, ideally in the Party/Puzzle genre.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external development partners and driving projects from concept to live operations.
  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and productivity suites.
  • Strong passion for games and a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
