About the Role
The Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design will play a critical role in shaping and leading the integration of AI technologies across the organization, with a primary focus on evolving our organizational structures, processes, and culture to maximize the benefits of AI. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure our workforce is prepared for AI-driven changes, fostering a culture of innovation, and designing scalable organizational models that support our AI initiatives.
What you’ll do:
AI Transformation Strategy:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive AI transformation strategy, including defining strategic priorities, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate AI into the overall business strategy and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and efficiency across various departments.
* Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact and applicability to our business.
Organizational Design & Change Management:
* Design and implement new organizational structures and operating models that effectively leverage AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Lead change management efforts related to AI adoption, developing communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Assess the impact of AI on job roles, skills requirements, and workflows, and develop strategies for reskilling, upskilling, and workforce planning.
Culture & Capability Building:
* Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI throughout the organization.
* Develop and deliver workshops, training, and resources to build AI literacy and capabilities across different employee segments.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure successful AI integration and adoption.
Project Leadership & Execution:
* Manage complex AI transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.
* Establish governance frameworks and best practices for AI projects, including ethical considerations, data privacy, and risk management.
* Work closely with technical teams, data scientists, and business units to translate strategic vision into actionable AI solutions.
What you bring:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, change management, strategic consulting, or a related field, with a strong focus on technology transformation.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, particularly those involving digital transformation or AI integration.
