Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Americas Transaction Management (Virtual)

The Global Real Estate (GRE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Americas Transaction Management (TM) team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to an experienced team of Transaction Managers located throughout the Americas region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to an experienced team of Transaction Managers located throughout the Americas region.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transaction Management team in the Americas.
  • Develop and implement strategies for real estate transactions to optimize portfolio performance and support business objectives.
  • Manage complex real estate projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and renewals.
  • Negotiate and review real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, business units) and external partners (e.g., brokers, landlords) to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate property values, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of all real estate transactions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.
  • Represent the company in various real estate forums and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 8 or more years’ related work experience.
  • Typically 5 or more years’ experience leading a team.
  • Experience in Real Estate transaction management.
  • Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial real estate contracts.
  • Experience managing complex real estate projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate financial analysis.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (anticipated travel approximately 10%).
