Senior Manager Strategic Accounts

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Strategic Accounts to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing relationships with our most critical clients, driving strategic growth, and ensuring their long-term success with our innovative solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning our solutions to their business objectives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless client experience and solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, SaaS, or cloud-based communication platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for client success.
