We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing and producing high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. You will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity across various platforms, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including website graphics, social media content, email templates, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, advertisements, and event collateral.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual standards across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute campaigns.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, if applicable.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Optimize designs for various digital and print platforms.
- Assist in content creation related to design (e.g., infographics, data visualizations).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing design role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent visual communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience with responsive web design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
