We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior ML Product Manager to drive the development and success of our cutting-edge AI-powered agent. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key features within the agent, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to users and aligns with our overall mission.
What you’ll do
- Define and articulate the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key ML-powered features, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Translate complex ML capabilities and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, research, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment, managing a dynamic backlog.
- Launch new features and products successfully, working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and impact.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ML technologies and their application in product development, educating stakeholders and advocating for user-centric AI solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of an ML-powered product, including data acquisition strategies, model deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on ML/AI products or platforms.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful ML-powered products that deliver significant user value and business impact.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, methodologies, and their practical application in product development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience with LLM-powered applications is a plus.
