We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People Team and partner with our leadership team on all things people. As a Senior People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will play a critical role in shaping our culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing coaching and guidance on complex people challenges, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Drive the development and implementation of people programs and initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Partner with leaders to facilitate annual processes, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent calibrations.
- Collaborate with the People Team to develop and deliver innovative solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, learning & development, and total rewards.
- Analyze people data and trends to identify insights, recommend solutions, and measure the effectiveness of people programs.
- Champion our culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in all people practices and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on global mobility initiatives (e.g., international transfers, immigration).
- Stay current on HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or SaaS company.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and providing strategic HR guidance.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification a plus).
- Experience with global mobility initiatives (e.g., international transfers, immigration) is a plus.
