Senior Product Analyst – Monopoly GO!

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making for one of our hit mobile games. You’ll leverage your analytical prowess to uncover insights that shape product strategy, improve player experiences, and ultimately contribute to the success of our games.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. What you’ll do:

  • Dive deep into game data to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential issues related to player behavior, feature performance, and in-game economy.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define key metrics, design A/B tests, and provide actionable recommendations to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear and concise insights to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-decision-making and respond to urgent business needs.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to anticipate player behavior and optimize game performance.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization, educating teams on best practices and fostering a culture of experimentation.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within the mobile gaming or live-service industries.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
