What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Strategists to identify and define problems, test hypotheses, and deliver engaging solutions.
- Drive the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Act as a mentor to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successfully launched products and user-centered design solutions.
- Expertise in various design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing products and complex ecosystems.
- Bonus points for experience with growth-related initiatives or working with user-generated content platforms.
