Join our dynamic product team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our learning platform. We are seeking an experienced individual to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of our product, focusing on delivering exceptional value to our users.
What you’ll do:
* Define and articulate product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for a specific product area, aligning with company vision and goals.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
* Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
* Measure and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features.
* Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and strategy internally and externally.
* Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a strong product culture.
Who you are:
* 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
* Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience working with global, distributed teams is a plus.
