Join Blackbaud as a Senior Product Manager focused on AI Literacy and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings and internal capabilities. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for AI literacy within the organization, ensuring our teams and products are well-equipped to leverage the power of artificial intelligence effectively and ethically.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the AI literacy strategy, including curriculum design, training programs, and resource creation tailored for various roles.
- Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI ethics, principles, and best practices into the product lifecycle.
- Identify and evangelize emerging AI technologies and trends relevant to the organization’s mission and product portfolio.
- Define key metrics and establish reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of AI literacy initiatives and product integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on AI-related topics, providing guidance and support across departments.
- Drive internal communication and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation and understanding.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and academic institutions to augment AI literacy efforts.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align AI literacy initiatives with broader business objectives and strategic priorities.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products or initiatives.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful technology products or programs.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and their practical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with adult learning principles and curriculum development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
