The Product Management team is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from strategy to execution of products. We work to build products our clients love and help them achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Product Manager – Algorithmic Trading, you will be deeply embedded in one of our trading product teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, launch, and optimize product strategy & roadmap for algorithmic trading products at a leading global digital asset exchange.
- Lead product discovery, research, and analysis to identify new opportunities, define product requirements, and drive product innovation.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products.
- Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, trading, and business development to establish best practices and operational processes.
- Understand trading systems and the trading ecosystem end-to-end to identify new product opportunities and improvements for internal and external trading participants.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the crypto trading space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth fintech or crypto companies.
- 3+ years of experience working on trading products, ideally with a focus on algorithmic trading, market-making, or order management systems.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and various order types (limit, market, stop, etc.).
- Experience with modern trading systems architectures and APIs.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with technical discussions and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
Nice to haves:
- Computer Science or related technical degree.
- Experience with crypto-specific trading protocols or platforms.
- Experience working with remote-first global teams.
