About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our billing AI automation initiatives, focusing on leveraging AI to streamline and improve the billing experience for therapists and patients. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities and support our mission to make mental healthcare more accessible and affordable.
What you’ll do:
- Own Product Strategy and Vision: Define and drive the product strategy for billing AI automation, identifying key opportunities to leverage AI/ML to improve billing accuracy, efficiency, and therapist satisfaction.
- Roadmap and Execution: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, operations, and clinical teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and ensure successful product delivery.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research (therapists, patients, internal operations) to deeply understand user pain points and needs related to billing.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously improve the billing experience and achieve business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on billing, fintech, or healthcare payments.
- 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML products or features, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
- Proven track record of launching successful products that drive significant business impact and improve user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Preferred (Bonus Points):
- Experience with healthcare billing regulations (e.g., CPT codes, ICD-10, claim submission).
- Experience working at a high-growth startup.
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education.
- Experience building internal tools and platforms.
