About the Role
A bank for startups, the ledger is the heart of the banking stack. It’s the source of truth for all customer balances, transactions, and statements. As a Senior Product Manager on the Ledger team, you’ll own the roadmap and execution for foundational banking capabilities, ensuring customers have a robust, reliable, and delightful banking experience.
What you’ll do
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Ledger.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, through development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated engineering team, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with other product teams to integrate Ledger capabilities across the platform.
- Communicate product updates, strategy, and performance to stakeholders across the company.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a FinTech or banking environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex products that drive business impact.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
